I see [THROTTLED] in the Status, what is that?
Some email providers like Gmail will end up throttling your connection if we end up processing too many requests for a given email account. To work around this, the program will back-off on the downloads for a certain period of time before resuming full download speeds.
If you see this happen often, we recommend that you turn off multiple connections use by going to the Options tab and unchecking the 'Use multiple connections' checkbox.
